The development of tender breast “buds” is usually the first sign of puberty in girls. Breasts growth starts normally from the age of 12 or 13 but it depends upon the climate of the region and a lot many other factors, so it can vary but not more than 2-3 years in above range. The whole breast growth can be divided into five stages and it will take almost five to six years to complete the process of breat growth. The full maturity of breasts is reached by age 17 or 18. The final size of a girl’s breasts can vary in the range from very small ,bra size AA, to very full , size EE, again the size and shape of breast can be quite different and can vary alot as it depends upon a lot many things, so donot worry about it. The important thing is that There is no muscle tissue in the breast. The breasts are made up of milk glands and ducts, connective tissue and fat. The growth process is contineous and breasts usually continue to grow for about four years after the first periods.
